Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /www/wp-content/plugins/instantupgrade/init.php:1) in /www/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 868

wordpress后台提示次错误，搜索了许久，大多说编码错误，转换编码即可。

后来仔细研究，发现报错的路径是plugins，也就是插件里的，instantupgrade这个插件了，把这个插件在FTP里改了个名字，错误全部消失，进入后台禁用此插件，和谐了。
